We DO NOT refund any shipping and handling fees but only the price of the DVD after we receive the defective DVD back to our office.

The whole process is a simple one, just email us, then we converse, you send back the DVD and we refund the price of the DVD minus the shipping and handling. Refunds are made back to you through PayPal.
